Privacy and GDPR: your data with this service
Deliberately little is recorded. This statement describes exactly which data is processed, why, how long it is kept and what rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation.
Which data is recorded, and for what purpose?
Three items: the phone number you write from, the term you chose and the end date of your period. The number is needed to deliver credentials and provide support; the term and end date are needed to deliver the service paid for.
No address, date of birth, profiling log or payment data is stored. Payment happens outside the site, so no card details exist here that could leak.
Legal basis for the processing
This rests on performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). No data is processed on the basis of marketing consent, because no marketing messages are sent.
Retention period
Thirty days after the last period ends the data is deleted. That window exists so an extension can reuse the same account; beyond it there is no business reason to keep anything.
Is data shared with third parties?
No. Nothing is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes. The only third party that sees your number is the messaging service carrying the conversation, which processes it solely to deliver the message.
No advertising network, tracking pixel or analytics script runs on this site. That is also why there is no cookie banner: no cookies requiring consent are placed.
Which rights can you exercise?
You hold the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. A request runs through the same contact channel and is handled within one month, free of charge.
Erasure ends the possibility of support, because no link then remains between you and the account. That is not an obstacle but a consequence of nothing else being known about you.
Where can you lodge a complaint?
If we cannot resolve matters, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the supervisory body in the Netherlands. That right exists alongside the option of raising your request here first.
A complaint about the service itself — rather than about data — belongs with the support team or falls under the procedure in the terms.
