Frequently asked questions about IPTV service
Below are the questions that do not belong to one specific topic. Questions about pricing, installation or channels are answered on the page devoted to them — those links are at the bottom.
How and when support is available
Support runs through WhatsApp, in Dutch and English. Outside office hours replies still come, with a longer wait; during the evening peak it can take twenty minutes because that is when most questions arrive.
When reporting a fault, include the channel name and the time straight away. That saves four messages of back and forth.
Privacy and the data that is stored
Deliberately little is recorded: the phone number you write from, the term you chose and the end date. No address, no date of birth, no payment details.
What happens with that data and how long it is retained is described in the terms document.
Interruptions: what is normal and what is not
A brief pause when changing channels is normal; the picture is being rebuilt. An interruption in the middle of a broadcast, every evening at the same hour, is not.
The second case points to capacity on the route to your provider. That is fixed by moving your account to another server, which takes a few minutes.
Why customers stay with us
Watch first, pay afterwards
A 24-hour trial account with the full line-up and no payment details. A provider unwilling to offer that knows something about its own stability that you do not.
No tacit renewal
The period you buy expires and stops. No direct debit, no notice period, no contract that renews itself while you are not looking.
Activation in minutes, not days
On average 10 minutes between confirmed payment and working credentials. They are created manually and sent straight back, with no queue in between.
One point of contact, also after payment
The same WhatsApp line for ordering, installing and outages. Everything is recorded in writing, so agreements can be reread rather than remembered.
Prices published on the site
Four durations, four amounts, no connection fee and no per-city surcharge. What you see on the rates page is what you transfer.
Terms in the open
Including a 30-day refund arrangement and a described approach to your data. In a dispute you have something to fall back on.
