Installing IPTV: a guide for every device
The principle is identical everywhere: install a player, enter the server address with your username and password, wait for the list to load. Only the route to that app differs per device.
Setup instructions by device type
Pick the device you intend to watch on below. The steps are written for someone doing this for the first time.
Samsung and LG smart TVs
Open the television app store, search for an IPTV player, install it and launch it. On first start the app shows a device ID or an entry screen. Enter the details received over WhatsApp. Models made before 2018 sometimes lack a suitable app; a separate box solves that.
Amazon Fire TV Stick
The Fire Stick is the most common device among our customers because it works on any television with HDMI. Install the player through the search function on the home screen, then enter the same three details.
Android boxes and Android TV
Install a player of your choice from the Play Store. A box costing around fifty euros is entirely sufficient; more expensive models do not produce a better picture, only faster menus.
iPhone, iPad and Windows
On iOS install a player from the App Store; on Windows a desktop player or a browser-based option works. Useful for quick testing, though the living room remains the real screen.
Fixing playback that stutters
Nine complaints out of ten trace back to Wi-Fi rather than the service. Televisions usually sit furthest from the router, behind a wall, sharing a frequency with the neighbours.
Work through it in this order: try a network cable, then step the picture quality down, then get in touch. If the problem persists on a wired connection it is the server route, and we switch that.

Getting help with a first-time setup
If the installation stalls, send a photo of the screen where you got stuck. In most cases it is a typing error in the server address or a capital letter in the password.
